I had a fantastic experience working with Sierra Logistics Solutions. They paid promptly, and their staff was an absolute pleasure to interact with. Communication was seamless throughout the entire process, and Eric S. deserves special mention for his exceptional patience and professionalism. I'm truly looking forward to collaborating with them again!

We had a great experience working with Ship Sierra and broker John Karp. John was reliable, professional, and easy to communicate with throughout the entire process. Everything that was discussed and agreed upon was honored exactly as promised. Clear communication, no surprises, and a smooth transaction from start to finish. We truly appreciate working with brokers who stand behind their word and handle business professionally. Highly recommended, and we look forward to working with John and Ship Sierra again! Sierra Logistics is an outstanding transportation company that truly prioritizes its partners. I primarily work with John (Ivan) Karp, who has consistently proven to be reliable, trustworthy, and highly professional. What sets this company apart is their commitment to customer service—every shipment and customer matters to them. Regardless of the load type or complexity, John and his team always go above and beyond to provide effective solutions and coverage. Furthermore, they always provide honest, transparent market pricing. I highly recommend Sierra Logistics Solutions for anyone seeking a dependable logistics partner.

My team and I had an opportunity to work Sierra Logistics. After placing the bid, John from Sierra took necessary actions to make sure that we were a legitimate company. John did that to make sure that customer's freight is in safe hands. Besides John, I had to communicate with Sierra Logistics' OPs team for tracking purposes. Everyone on the OPs team was very respectful and very professional. The OPs team made sure that they were able to track our vehicle all the time while we were under their dispatch. While our driver was on the way to his final destination, there was a slight change in the delivery time. We accepted the new delivery time, and our driver delivered the load at least two hours before the delivery time. Even without asking, Sierra Logistics added additional $100 to our rate. I have nothing but great things to say about Sierra Logistics. During my 15 years of military service, I saw military customs and courtesies of rewarding service members with awards, but seeing this in the civilian world is very humbling experience. We are looking forward to working with Sierra Logistics in the near future.
